What threeQ does

An hour of talk. Three lines to act on.

Left: the stream. Every stroke is a line from the meeting: jokes, detours, “let’s circle back.”

Middle: the filter. Most of it fades out. It doesn’t answer any of the three questions.

Right: three lines. What’s left adds up to the answer: what was decided, who’s on it, by when.

Why threeQ

A meeting exists to answer three questions

threeQ stands for three questions. It checks the conversation against the goals you set before the meeting and shows where there’s an answer and where there isn’t.

Every goal gets a status: decided, pushed back, never got to it. Not “we talked about the mockups” but “onboarding yes, report no.”
